Important: Please note that we only accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipping date, and only if it’s unused, undamaged, and has all its original tags intact.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. We’re happy to help you exchange your order for another item or for store credit.
If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer to exchange your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards, pre-order and made-to-order items (as indicated on the product page and your order confirmation email) are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
To complete your return, email us first at email@example.com. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions about how to return your items.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer to refund your product.
Once we have received and inspected the product to refund, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Partial refunds might be granted if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Gift cards, pre-order and made-to-order items are exempt from being refunded.
Late or missing refunds
Once we have accepted your refund, it might take a few days for it to be returned as credit on your credit card or within your Paypal account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take up to 14 days before your refund is officially posted. How do I ship products back for exchange / refund?
To return your product, email us first at email@example.com. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions about how to return your items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us to Canada. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid shipping cost on your initial order, this won't be refunded or part of the store credit returned to you.
What if an item I ordered is defective?
We always do quality control before shipping any products to you, but sometimes mistakes happen or items may become damaged during transit. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us
at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and details of the defect within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Once we receive the photo showing the defect, we’ll notify you via e-mail within 1-2 business days whether you’re eligible to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we’ll either replace the product if still available or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment, whichever option you prefer. The refund will fully cover the purchase cost and shipping cost.
