Orders & Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $USD 80 within the USA and Canada. If you’re not eligible for free shipping, you’ll be provided a shipping estimate during checkout. We also offer express options with UPS and DHL for an additional cost.

International shipping to other countries outside North America is also available. You will be quoted the amount at checkout.

We currently ship locally within Canada & the United States. We also ship internationally to the UK, all of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and many more countries. Shipping cost estimate will be available at checkout.

For USA orders: we ship from Niagara Falls (NY) with USPS.

For Canadian & International Customers: We ship from Toronto, Canada.

For our customers in Canada and USA, no.

If you're shipping your order to countries outside of the USA and Canada, you may be charged customs duties. Every country has their own customs duty laws, and it is the buyer's responsibility to research their specific country's laws. If you are required to pay customs duties,  you will be informed and billed by the courier on delivery only (not prior). Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for these costs. We want you to love your order and stay within your budget, so please research your country's customs duty laws before purchasing.

Once you place your order online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to package and ship your order. You’ll be notified as soon as your order is on its way. From there, the shipping times vary, as per below:

Within Canada: 3-5 business days
Within the US: 3-5 business days
International: Times will vary. Please check the shipping estimate upon checkout.

Refunds and exchanges

Yes! We want you to love your R2R pieces. You can exchange your order for another item, exchange for a gift card, or return/refund your order within 30 days of the original shipping date. All items must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact. Shipping charges for all returns or refunds must be prepaid and insured by you.

Gift cards, pre-order and made-to-order items (as indicated on the product page and your order confirmation email) are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

To complete your return, email us first at support@r2rshop.com. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions about how to return your items.

We always do quality control before shipping any products to you, but sometimes mistakes happen or items may become damaged during transit. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us at support@r2rshop.com with a photo and details of the defect within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Once we receive the photo showing the defect, we’ll notify you via e-mail within 1-2 business days whether you’re eligible to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we’ll either replace the product if still available or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment, whichever option you prefer. The refund will fully cover the purchase cost and shipping cost.

R2R pieces are made from upcycled, overstock fabrics and local textiles. This means less waste, and sustainable livelihood for Filipino artisans.
